Switch on the System & listen for Beeps.

--> If Yes 1-long beep & 3-short beeps--> If yes Display problem in System

or

--> Continous long beeps -- > RAM Problem

Identify the keyboard LED glow by pressing NUM Lock . It should respond

Monitor problem press the display cable & identify the monitor brightness

Identify the - Power Card
- Power Socket
- UPS is ON & rectify

Open the System & Press RAM, Display Card & SMPS Power connector to the Mother Board -- > Components are Loose

Remove the RAM & listen for beeps -- > M.B & Processor may be good

MotherBoard & Processor may be Bad

Remove the HDD cable & verify -- > If yes -> HDD bad or Cable reverse

Remove the CD-Rom Cable & verify -- >If yes CD-Rom bad or Cable reverse

Remove FDD cable & verify --> FDD Bad

Remove the AddOnCard & verify individually --> AddOnCardProblem

Now you have only basic components M/B,RAM,Processor,SMPS,Display Card

If CPU Fan & SMPS Fan is not rotating. SMPS may be faul. Remoove all the SMPS power connector & test SMPS -- > If No SMPS is bad
